Senior Planning & Deputy Construction Manager

West Harbour Expansion Project. Built Value $ 258 Million US Dollars plus Construction Manager for New Fence & Upgrade Existing Project Built Value $ 3.2 Million US Dollars. Duties include responsible for all progress work on the construction site. Manage the construction Schedules. Work with EPC contractor to manage fabrication and site construction activities. Ensure adequate interface with operations on site. Ensure that all activities are completed safely, on schedule and to design specification. Advise the SPE/PE of any potential or actual problems on site. Works with Operations Manager to ensure proper coordination of work and Control of Work (CoW).  Assist coordination of commissioning and handover with EPC contractor and Commissioning Manager. Supported by the entire Construction Management team on achieving his prime objective of planning, Organizing & Supervising the erection activities of the construction team and/or construction contractors to achieve the rates of the progress & key milestone dates dictated by the construction schedules.
